Fiorentina patron Andrea Della Valle admits massive changes will be made this summer after a dismal campaign.
The 1-1 draw with Bologna was a disappointing end to their home season with jeers from the Stadio Franchi crowd.
"It's not great to play your last home game in that atmosphere, but the reaction is normal considering our second half performance," said Della Valle.
"It was a dignified season overall, but from next term we can focus on European qualification again. Seeing as Italy have lost a place in the Champions League, it'll have to be the Europa League.
"We will have a lot to do on the transfer market. For some of our players, including the big names, the era is over. Now it's down to our director of sport Pantaleo Corvino to bring in some quality replacements."
