Nathan Delfouneso insists Aston Villa do not need to buy again.
Apart from the signing of Shay Given and Charles N'Zogbia, it's been a quiet summer in the arrivals lounge at Villa Park, but Delfouneso insists the second-string players are determined to make their mark.
"We all believe in ourselves and believe in our own ability that we can get into the team and we can do the job for the team," he told the Birmingham Mail.
"The manager doesn't have to spend money to go and get other people when we know we're here and can do the job in the first place.
"It's down to us, we've got to work hard every day in training, go and perform and hopefully the gaffer will put us in the team."
