Dele Alli was over the moon after helping Tottenham Hotspur to a commanding 4-0 win over Stoke City on Sunday.
The 20-year-old midfielder was shown a straight red card on Thursday night in Spurs' Europa League failure against Gent at Wembley and admitted to feeling horrible after the game.
But Alli bounced back with a quality goalscoring performance at White Hart Lane as the North Londoners ravaged the Potters with help from a Harry Kane hat-trick.
Alli Tweeted:
It's been a difficult week, I felt horrible after the game on Thursday. Delighted to respond today, thank you for your support #COYSpic.twitter.com/ySXOXNiPeG
