Juventus captain Alessandro del Piero insists there's no need to panic after their disappointing home defeat to struggling Udinese.

The striker said: "It was disappointing to lose, particularly as we created so many scoring chances against an excellent Udinese.

"Perhaps, given the chances, a draw would have been the right result."
