Valencia fullback Asier del Horno believes they can compete for this season's UEFA Cup.
Ahead of tonight's clash with Maritimo, the former Chelsea defender said: "The UEFA Cup is a competition in which I think that Valencia can go very far.
"Reaching the semifinals would be a worthwhile effort, but we need to focus. This may be the year for Valencia."
