Spain coach Vincente del Bosque has questioned Barcelona midfielder Thiago Alcantara's proposed move to Manchester United.

Del Bosque feels Thiago should stay and establish himself at Barca.

"The most important thing for Thiago is that he keeps on getting games," he said when asked about the Spain Under-21 captain, who is reported to be on the verge of a move to Old Trafford.

"I think he would get them at Barcelona, he is held in a very high regard at the club."
