Spain coach Vicente del Bosque is pleased to see Santi Cazorla thriving at Arsenal.
Del Bosque believes moving abroad will benefit that 27-year-old in the same way it did former Arsenal man Cesc Fabregas.
He told L'Equipe: "As with Cesc Fabregas, some players who go and play for foreign clubs improve on a cultural level.
"It makes them grow on many levels; intellectually, because you have to learn a new language and adapt to another culture, and on a footballing level too.
"For example, I'm delighted Santi Cazorla has left to go and work with Arsene Wenger at Arsenal.
"He will become a better footballer and a more complete man."
