Spain coach Vicente del Bosque is delighted for Barcelona striker David Villa over his international scoring record.
The 29-year-old scored his 45th and 46th international goals on Friday night to help Spain come from behind to win 2-1 against the Czech Republic, surpassing Raul's mark of 44 in the process.
"Overcoming the goals of (former record holder) Raul is not easy," Del Bosque told AS.
"Villa is a boy with a lot of poise in front of goal."
