Former Arsenal chief David Dein can see Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas returning to the Emirates.

Although Fabregas is due to hold showdown talks with Tito Vilanova to seek reassurances about his future at the Camp Nou, Dein is hopeful the Spain international could come back to the Premier League.

"You can never say never in football," Dein told Sky Sports.

"I know Arsene Wenger will try to improve the squad if he can."
