He said: "The wine gums and jelly beans after training have gone out the window. All the boys and even the staff enjoyed them before Ramos came.
"We're eating bananas, oranges and grapes now instead and we are already reaping the benefits from it.
"All the players have got new diets and everything he is doing has only been good for us. When he arrived, we all sat down and he told us that we can't just think about what we do in the game and on the training pitch, it's what we eat, drink and our preparation, how we rest.
"A lot of players knew that before, but we have new diet sheets where we know what we have to eat, on what day and how we hydrate."
