Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe insists he's happy at White Hart Lane.

Only yesterday, Spurs teammate Jonathan Woodgate claimed Defoe would be a global superstar if he was playing for a bigger club.

But Defoe told TalkSport: "When people ask if I'd like to play for a bigger club, at the end of the day, Tottenham is a massive club.

"The fans are fantastic, I'm playing with great players. To be able to score five goals you have to be playing with good players, I believes that I will get a lot of chances in most games….so that stuff is out of my hands and I'm enjoying my time at Spurs, it's brilliant."
