Defiant Aluko planning to keep up good Rangers form

Rangers winger Sone Aluko says he is not bothered by the constant jeering he is receiving from opposition fans.

The 22-year old was booed and heckled by Dunfermline Athletic fans on the weekend after he dived to win 'Gers a penalty the last time the sides met in early December.

Aluko was banned for two matches for that incident ,which the Pars supporters certainly did not forget, but responded by scoring a brilliant 25-yard goal in the 4-1 win at East End Park and he insists that he will continue to not let negative attention affect his performances.

"It's a weekly thing and is becoming fashionable to boo me," he said.

"It's something I have to deal with. But I just try to play my normal game, help the team out and just focus on trying to get a result.

"I'm used to it now, it's part of playing for a big club. What more can I do?

"The way to respond is to create and score goals and help Rangers win."
