Deco has again talked up Jose Mourinho's imminent move to Manchester United.

The former Portuguese star played for Mourinho at Porto and Chelsea.

“In my opinion he's the right man for the right job," Deco said.

“United need to bring back their history and I think Mourinho is the perfect choice."

United vice-chairman Ed Woodward and Mourinho's representatives met in London on Tuesday morning, with confirmation of the Portuguese manager's new role expected in the coming days.
