Debutant Grealish: Aston Villa slightly disappointed by QPR result

Jack Grealish was trying to remain positive after Aston Villa drew 3-3 with QPR on Tuesday night.

The 19-year old winger made his first start for the Birmingham club who squandered a 2-1 half-time lead to eventually score a late equaliser against their fellow relegation battlers.

After the match, Grealish felt like it was a missed opportunity but was content to at least take a point into the weekend's vital trip to Tottenham.

"It was a tough game to go into personally to make my debut," he told AVTV.

"We are a bit gutted in the dressing room with only grabbing a point after coming in at half-time 2-1 up but at the end of the day, we have just got to look at it as a positive and we've got a point going into Saturday's game versus Tottenham."

The result saw Villa jump from 17th to 16th on the Premier League table where they remain three points clear of the drop zone.
