Mathieu Debuchy has hailed the impact of Loic Remy on Newcastle United's fortunes this season.
It remains to be seen whether United try to get a deal tied up permanently in January or risk a host of potential suitors making an end of the season swoop for the on-loan QPR man.
Debuchy told the Evening Chronicle: "Remy can bring a lot of things to us.
"He's a fast-paced player who can run through defences. He has a good balance with the ball and is clinical in front of goal. Since he joined Newcastle he's given great things to us.
"I think he would give a lot to the French national team."
