Piet de Visser admits he is staying with Chelsea.
The renowned international scout is a close adviser to Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich - and has revealed he's turned down an offer to return to PSV Eindhoven.
"I was open to a comeback, because I always have found PSV to be a great club," said De Visser.
"This would also have restored relationship with Chelsea.
"Young talents who are not ready for the Premier League would join PSV to develop, as in the past with Alex. But Chelsea now have another hosting club."
De Visser says he was unimpressed with the treatment of coaching staff at PSV and chose to decline their offer to return.
