Super talent spotter Piet de Visser is again involved with Chelsea.
The Mail on Sunday says De Visser, 74, is the acknowledged specialist in scouting young Brazilian footballers and discovered Romario and Ronaldo and took then to PSV Eindhoven to be nurtured.
Now he is reunited with former PSV coach Guus Hiddink through employment by Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.
