Daniele de Rossi insists Roma go into tonight's Champions League quarterfinal against Manchester United full of confidence.

"They are very strong and they are on good form," De Rossi admitted. "We will have to be wary of them, but they will also have to be careful of us.

"Everyone is talking about the 7-1 defeat and they seem to have forgotten the other three games against them.

"That defeat cancelled out all the good things we had achieved up until that moment. I scored, but we still felt like we had lost 7-0.

"They aren't unbeatable and we beat them at the Stadio Olimpico in the first leg last year, even if nobody remembers that now."
