Toronto FC's new International signing Dwayne De Rosario a Scarborough, Ontario, native is ecstatic to have moved to his hometown from the Houston Dynamo. "It's a dream come true," De Rosario said. "I think that's the goal of every kid growing up aspiring to be a professional soccer player -- you want to play in your hometown and carry on your career playing professionally at home.

"Now all the kids growing up have something to aspire to [...] and that's Toronto FC. I said I wanted to play for TFC one day and that day has come. It's a proud moment for me not only as a player in MLS but as a Canadian.

"Hopefully this whole thing will help not just TFC but the national team as well."
