Le Mans striker Tulio de Melo is delighted with his Bosman agreement with Palermo.

"I will definitely be going to Palermo," the Brazilian told L'Equipe. "Parma's directors have agreed to a co-ownership deal.

"Money isn't something that I am obsessed with, otherwise I would have chosen to go to Russia before I chose Le Mans.

"It's true that I will be earning five times my current salary with Palermo, but that isn't a priority - I just want to do well and impress."
