Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis wants to find a new sports director - and build a new stadium.

"Not having the management structure complete makes it difficult to manage the situation better. With the new law passed, a new scenario opens for the future," De Laurentiis said.

"My architects have, for seven months, been designing me a new San Paolo, because I would like to create a modern avant-garde structure on that which already exists.

"I want to restructure the San Paolo. It's a ground that is well situated where it actually is; it's in a good position, close to the motorway and public transport terminals.

"We only need to build a new stadium inside the San Paolo."
