Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis insists their recent two defeats is not cause for crisis talks.
The Azzurri have only won one of their last nine games in all competitions and have slipped from fourth to seventh place in Serie A.
"You can't go from exaltation to depression. We need to take a balanced view of things and look ahead," De Laurentiis explained.
"Losing two games is not the end of the world. And even if we weren't to finish third, there would be nothing to worry about.
"I am satisfied with Napoli's run since Mazzarri's arrival. No one has promised the Champions League or even the Europa League after the difficult start we had to the season. I said that it would be complicated.
"Let's enjoy the final part of the season. There are still 33 points on offer."
