Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis feels the club is now beginning to be run to his liking.

The Partenopei are undergoing something of a revolution with De Laurentiis changing the structure of the club from top to bottom.

"We needed the first five years in Napoli to embed my culture and my football knowledge and I am very happy with how it has gone, both sports-wise and business-wise," De Laurentiis told Radio Anch'io Sport.

"It has been a happy and prolific period. Now we need to look forward. In this world you soon come to be judged and it's easy both to condemn and to praise. Football is like this. We need to think game-by-game.

"I believe that Napoli has a strong and well equipped squad. And I think that in January we will have an understanding of our value and how to build the future better.

"Meanwhile, I am working industrially, planning a solid and well equipped club that is blessed in the area of scouts, both for the first team and for the youth team."
