Nigel De Jong feels Manchester City, after a weekend success over Chelsea, are starting to click as they are finally understanding Roberto Mancini's beliefs. Dutch star De Jong feels the side are finally starting to show their potential as they are understanding Mancini's message.
"Everyone knows what kind of manager he is and where he has come from," said De Jong. "He has come from a country where defence is No.1, and he has brought that mentality with him from Italy to Manchester.
"It took time but the main focus for him is to get the defence right because he knows we have enough quality to score - especially at home.
"This result shows that Chelsea are not robots and that everybody is beatable.
"We have lost one and drawn a couple of games ourselves and it is that unpredictability that makes it fun to play in the Premier League.
"But this is a good message to send out to other teams that when they visit this ground they have to come with 100 per cent dedication."
