Chelsea target Jonathan de Guzman has secured a Dutch passport.

The Feyenoord attacking midfielder is a January target for Chelsea boss Avram Grant and his signing has been made all the more attractive after he won his Dutch papers this week.

De Guzman, a Canadian, is being lined up by Chelsea as they prepare to lose a raft of players to the African Nations Cup at the turn of the year.
