Frank Lampard has named his Premier League Team of the Year at this stage of the season.
The former Chelsea and Manchester City star featured as a guest pundit on Sky Sports' Monday Night Football for last night's clash between West Ham United and the Blues.
Lampard was asked to select his best XI and proceeded to include no less than a handful of Antonio Conte's stars, plus two from Tottenham Hotspur, one from Manchester United, one from Liverpool, one from Southampton and one from Burnley.
