De Gea has four months to convince Man Utd not to buy Begovic

David de Gea is on a four-month trial to SAVE his Manchester United career.

The Sun says De Gea has four months to convince Manchester United they do not need to make a summer move for Asmir Begovic.

The Spaniard, 22, is under mounting pressure after several high-profile gaffes.

And United are now circling Stoke City goalkeeper Begovic.

Yesterday, Potters boss Tony Pulis completed the £4million signing of England’s Jack Butland from Birmingham before loaning him back until the end of the season as a hedge against Begovic’s potential exit.
