De Bruyne not considering Chelsea future…yet

Chelsea's Kevin De Bruyne insists he is not thinking about whether or not he could move in the January transfer window but does admit it is becoming important he plays regular football. "To be honest, I haven't thought about it yet. I know something has to change. Sooner or later, I will have to play," De Bruyne told Het Laatste Nieuws.

"But what can I do at this moment besides training hard and keeping quiet? I feel really strong at this time - I think I have never been this fit before. I got a lot of support of family and friends who visit me over here.

"My team-mates have been fantastic. You know, I haven't worried much about my situation. My career has always gone up, but then it's sometimes normal it makes a horizontal line."

The 22-year-old midfielder was pleased to have featured at Arsenal on Tuesday night, playing for 68 minutes before being replaced by Ramires.

"The manager has told me I played a good game", he said.

"It wasn't a bad game. The whole team played well, defensively and in the attack. That's what the manager also told us during half time. Our victory was a deserved one."

De Bruyne insists that he is working hard to get back into the first-team plans of Jose Mourinho.

"I work hard on training. The manager has told me I'm doing well, but everyone in the team wants to play," he added.

"We've squad of 25 players. And if you look around, they're all world class."
