Manchester City attacker Kevin De Bruyne insists this season is about titles not records after victory over Tottenham.

The result was City's 16th consecutive Premier League victory, equalling the mark set by manager Pep Guardiola's Barcelona team in 2011. The record for the best winning run in European top flight leagues is also held by Guardiola (19) at Bayern.

Asked whether the Blues were thinking about replicating the achievement of Arsenal's Invincibles in 2003/04, KDB replied: "No, absolutely not.

"We are here to win titles. We had a great start, it's still more than half (of the season to go) so it's still very difficult - we want to win every game and everybody who comes in is doing an incredible job."
