Oft-injured Benny Olsen of DC United, who has made just one league appearance this year, is on the mend again. With an ankle injury now listing Olsen as out for four to six weeks questions about the footballers long term playing prognosis will persist.

Olsen's career has been limited by injuries since his loan spell at Nottingham Forest in 2001. Olsen, who was emerging as a key player for Forest then in the second flight of English Football, returned to DC United where he has played since. Olsen has 36 appearances for US National Team, scoring 6 goals.
