India star Steven Dias is eyeing a move to MLS. The Mahindra United winger has employed US agent Eddie Rock and is already being linked with DC United.

"The agent will now initiate talks with my club and, hopefully, it will pave the way for me to play in the United States. I am excited about the possibilities," India international Dias said.

India coach Bob Houghton has urged Dias and his fellow Indian players to move to Europe and not the 'States.

Former Colorado coach Houghton said: "I think the players will be better off playing in Europe. Players go to the MLS towards the end of their career, not necessarily for football reasons."
