DC United are still in talks with Anderlecht defender David Habarugira.
The 20-year old Burundi international has been linked with the MLS club for a few weeks now and according to United general manager, Dave Kasper, negotiations are ongoing.
It is expected he will sign with the club and take the final roster position at RFK Stadium.
