The second stage of the 2013 MLS Re-Entry Draft has taken place with a number of changes occurring.
DC United selected former Real Salt Lake star Fabian Espindola after his contract was declined by New York Red Bulls at the end of the 2013 season.
Vancouver Whitecaps made a move by taking Mehdi Ballouchy, who joined San Jose Earthquakes from NYRB in July 2012, while Toronto FC brought back fan favourite Dwayne De Rosario after his recent stint with DC.
