DC United midfielder Ben Olsen has confirmed he will play on next season.
The 32-year old, who missed almost the entire 2008 season because of ankle injuries, has returned in 2009 and managed to start almost every match for United this term.
Olsen has appeared over 200 times for DC United and has assured fans he will be appearing in more as he plans to play on in 2010.
In an online chat with fans, one DC United supporter asked the former Nottingham Forest man and USA international if he would be going around against next season and Olsen confirmed he would be, saying: "I'm looking forward to being on the pitch next year."
