DC United are set to go after Seattle Sounders' Lamar Neagle according to reports.
The Washington Post is of the belief that DC are close to agreeing a deal which would see allocation money move the way of the Sounders in exchange for 28-year-old winger Neagle.
With Chris Pontius on the verge of completing his move to Philadelphia Union, the Black-and-Red have moved quickly to find a replacement which is likely to come in the form of Neagle who has 28 goals and 19 assists in 139 MLS regular season games during his stints with Seattle and the Montreal Impact.
