Tottenham captain Michael Dawson is adamant their squad is strong enough to make a title tilt this season.
Spurs are at Manchester City today.
England defender Dawson, 30, said: "You look at our results and we had the best start we've ever had in the Premier League.
"Newcastle was a massive disappointment but bar that, we've had a good start.
"We've got a squad that is good enough to compete in all competitions. You just have to look at the players who sit out league games or matches in Europe.
"It's a top squad and we're looking to get silverware this year."
