Tottenham defender Michael Dawson admits he's regularly the butt of jokes from his teammates.

"I've had quite a few," he admits in Hotspur. "The lads seem to think it's funny to play tricks on me. I take it in good heart though - perhaps that's why they do it!

"I remember one when we played Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup soon after I arrived at Spurs from there.

"The lads were having a meeting in the AV room at the training ground and decided to have a laugh and see if they could get me to do the team talk. So someone fetched me.

"At that point I'd not trained or played with the lads [due to injury] and they were all in there. They had the Forest team on the whiteboard in front of them, so I began.

"But after a couple of seconds they all started cheering! They've hammered me ever since!"
