Former Arsenal striker Davor Suker feels they miss the influence of a leader like Gunners legend Tony Adams.
Suker is now the president of the Croatian FA.
He'll be back in London next week to watch Arsenal against Manchester United and then Dortmund in the Champions League a few days later.
He said: "In Arsene we trust - but they need a Tony Adams or Martin Keown, that's for sure. It was kids against Chelsea."
