Southampton midfielder Steve Davis says Jack Cork deserves an England call.

The 23-year-old has represented the Three Lions at every level up to Under-21s and played for Team GB at London 2012.

And ahead of today's clash with Newcastle, team-mate Davis said: "He's been excellent - one of the best players this season.

"He is good enough to play internationally and matches anyone."
