Hull City captain Curtis Davies says they must not become distracted by their FA Cup run as they battle to stay up.
Newcastle United visit the KC on Saturday and a third win in four games would be certain to lift the Tigers nine points clear of trouble and to the brink of survival.
Davies said: "The main priority is to stay up and we are well placed to do so. Obviously, the job is not done yet, but at the same time, as the manager has said to us, you don't get many chances to get to an FA Cup semi-final or final.
"He wants us to grasp the opportunity with both hands, give it a good go and try to make history."
