Former Juventus and Tottenham midfielder Edgar Davids has indicated he's keen to extend his stay with Barnet.
The Barnet player-manager hopes to keep them in League Two.
Davids told the Daily Express: "People ask me what am I doing here. But I love English football and it is English football that has given me the opportunity to be a coach."
Davids, known as the 'Pitbull' for his ferocious tackling in his earlier days, said: "It's frustrating to be unable to play in this match. You want to be part of the team.
"I hope we can change the culture here, get away from that last-day thing, give us more security for the future.
"We have big plans but they can only be developed if we stay in League Two."
