A date of August 22 has been set by the High Court to hear the case revolving around the ownership of the rights to West Ham United striker Carlos Tevez, who is a transfer target for Manchester United.
The 23-year-old's representative, Kia Joorabchian, claims he owns the economic rights to the Argentina striker and started court proceedings against the Hammers to settle the issue.
However, an out-of-court agreement is still possible, with all parties hoping to get the matter sorted out before the transfer window shuts in a month's time.
