SV Darmstadt midfielder Jerome Gondorf says Pep Guardiola couldn't cope with being their coach.

Gondorf says the Manchester City manager's methods just wouldn't suit the club nor the fans.

Darmstadt are seeking a new coach and Gorsdorf argued: "He must practice what you expect here. The combative, the emotional.

"We do not need Pep Guardiola here. He would not fit. Even if he is one of the world's best coaches, there is a very clear profile at Darmstadt 98."
