Darlington have accepted an undisclosed bid from Premier League strugglers Fulham for highly-rated goalkeeper David Stockdale.
The 22-year-old, who started his career at York, has been in outstanding form this season, keeping 20 clean sheets to help the Quakers push for promotion from League Two.
Stockdale will now discuss personal terms over a potential move to Craven Cottage, but will only link up with Roy Hodgson's side at the end of the campaign.
