Daral Pugh has been named new Head of Academy Coaching at Hull City.
Pugh, who ended his playing career with Bridlington Town, previously worked at Leeds United as the assistant academy manager, as well as working at the academies at Barnsley and Leicester City.
"The chance to work with Billy (Russell) and the youth set up at a club as big as this was one that I couldn't turn down," he said.
"I feel I'm at the age where I've built up a lot of knowledge and I want to pass that on. This is a new drive in my life and you need that kind of thing to happen."
