Danns pulls out of Palace contract talks

Neil Danns has rejected a new contract offer from Crystal Palace.

The Daily Mail says Danns has put a host of Championship clubs on alert after rejecting Crystal Palace’s latest contract offer.

The 27-year-old former Blackburn Rovers midfielder is in the last year of his present contract at Selhurst Park and the Palace board had been hopeful that he would sign a new three-year deal.

Leicester are watching developments and should Danns fail to reach a compromise with Palace, he will be able to sign a pre-contract agreement with any club from January 1.

I really hate TF at times but this time they appear to have got a fact correct, as Danns was actually from the Blackburn Youth Academy.
Imagine the indignation if anyone were to suggest that John Bostock or Victor Moses were from their "current" clubs without mentioning the founding academy that they attended.
Although in this case the mention of Blackburn is probably more there to promote the Premiershi...than to educate the reader.

think you will find he is ex Birmingham. How do you people get these jobs?!
