Despite a lack of first team chances, Neil Danns wants to stay at Birmingham City.
"I have contemplated it," he admitted to the Birmingham Mail. "But as you saw the other night, I love playing football, I love getting the ball and being involved.
"I'm not going to sulk, I'm not going to sob. I'm a man now, I've got to take it on the chin but at the end of the day I do want to play.
"I train hard and it's times like the Hereford game where you have to give the gaffer a little nudge and say 'I'm still here'. Hopefully I did that.
"I want to be a Birmingham City player. I don't want to go anywhere else. Hopefully the manager can see that."
