Crystal Palace defender Scott Dann insists the squad doesn't need major January surgery.
The centre-back, who scored two goals against Dover Athletic last weekend in the FA Cup, says there is still quality within the squad, pointing to the likes of Glenn Murray, Barry Bannan and Stuart O'Keefe.
"Before we sign anyone, we have got players who haven't been playing recently," he told the Croydon Advertiser.
"When a new manager comes in, it's a chance for them to impress. We have that first and foremost.
"The manager will want to add more quality into the squad and that will bring more competition.
"I think that is something we probably do need."
