Christian Thye-Petersen, the editor of Jyllands-Posten, has questioned Laudrup's ability to handle the necessary tiny details of management.
He wrote: "The latest firing in Swansea is a sad confirmation that Michael Laudrup has not yet proven himself as a coach.
"When everyday hassles and everydayness arises, then it seems that Michael Laudrup resigns or loses the desire and motivation.
"And for some reason it seems to manifest as conflicts with his bosses."
