Aston Villa have handed midfielder Daniel Johnson a new one-year deal.
Jamaica-born Johnson has scored three goals for the reserves this season and also found the target three times in Villa's NextGen Series European campaign.
The 19-year-old midfielder was named on the bench for the first team last season for a Carling Cup tie against Burnley and Barclays Premier League clashes against Manchester United and Blackpool.
